It's a tough fight against concrete, and these bags hold the endangered Dalia purpurea seeds – all they managed to salvage. Now, the team will grow and plant them in the flats, part of the ongoing battle to save what's left of the prairie. Behind a simple fence, the team has got over five species of Texas grasses and a bunch of flowering plants growing.
